Where do you host and store user data?

All of our data (and the data our software stores for you) is hosted in the cloud on secure AWS servers via the Heroku hosting environment. You have full control over your visitor data, including how much you store and for how long. All traffic to our application from the iPad and browser is encrypted using AES_256_CBC, with SHA1 for message authentication and DHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.

Do you integrate with other notification systems?

Yes! Our application makes it easy to set up notifications for your employees via SMS, email, and Slack—or any combination of the above. But the notification options don't stop there! Our native Zapier integration allows you to connect our system to over 3000+ more applications and send notifications through the platforms your enterprise already uses—think Microsoft Teams, phone systems, and more! This hardware is sold to you, not leased, so you are free to use it as you wish if our software is not a fit for you.
