We’ve had numerous customers ask, “Why can’t I use The iPad Receptionist in portrait view?” Until now, we’ve had to say that the app was only available in landscape. Well, those days are gone! Now you can use The iPad Receptionist in either portrait or landscape view! 
Using The iPad Receptionist in portrait view requires an upgrade to the latest version of “The Receptionist” app in the App Store. On the iPad, close out of “The Receptionist” app and go to the App Store. At the bottom of the screen click “Updates” and then click “Update” next to “The Receptionist” app.
