Do you know who’s in your office right now? If an emergency happened, would you be able to ensure that all of your visitors get out? It’s not fun to think about, but emergencies can and do happen. Because of this, many insurers require companies to have evacuation plans for their visitors. To help you keep your visitors safe, we’ve just launched a new Evacuation List feature. It allows you to easily access a live log of currently checked-in visitors so you can confirm everyone is safe. Here’s how to access your live visitor log on your iPad during an emergency and how to confirm your visitors are safe in two easy steps.
Step 1: Access your live visitor log
Touch and hold the top middle of your welcome screen in the red area below. Your account menu will pop up. From your account menu, tap Evacuation List. You’ll see a list of everyone currently checked into your office. As you confirm the safety off each visitor, check their names off the list using the Check button.
