Feature Update: Google Drive and Dropbox integration

The Receptionist for iPad has added two new integrations to the software that make saving important documents collected during the check-in process even easier.

These latest integrations let customers instantly save and file signed copies of legal documents and agreements collected during the check-in process into Google Drive and Dropbox rather than downloading the documents manually and re-uploading them elsewhere.

Once configured, this seamless experience allows Receptionist for iPad customers to have even greater assurance that their documents are automatically backed up and archived within their internal document filing systems.

When Receptionist for iPad users collect documentation like non-disclosure agreements or safety procedure acknowledgments from their visitors, these signed and/or agreed-to files can be directly placed within an organization’s internal Google Drive or Dropbox instance, in addition to the already available Visit Log.

Customers will have the ability to store these documents based on when they were collected (year, month, date), the type of document, and the visitor name for easy sorting and retrieval purposes.
